Important Appointment Information

We are available by telephone to book your appointments from

7:00am to 6:00pm Monday - Friday

We are closed on Tuesday but try and answer the phone whenever possible.

We Close Promptly at 6:00pm If you have a situation which prevents you from picking up your pet by closing please call.

There is a $15.00 late pick up charge per half hour.

Grooming appointments are available at 9:00am, 10:00am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm

You may drop your pet off any time after 7:00am

Appointments are scheduled for those wishing not to leave their pet any longer than required. Your pet will be available for pick up as soon as it is finished.

We can either give you a pick up time or a phone call whichever is more convenient.

Your pet is always welcome to stay longer than your pick up time if you need to take care of other business.

We ALWAYS WOULD RATHER YOUR PET STAY IN OUR AIRCONDITIONED SHOP THAN IN A HOT CAR.
